Vesti Olsen has taken a big step towards more efficient project management with CHISA Project.

The company, which has been delivering turnkey and main contracts in commercial construction since 1985, is known for its trusting collaboration and focus on quality.

With CHISA Project, Vesti Olsen has gathered tenders, financial management and project management in one system, which, according to section manager Frederik Vesti Olsen, has created better coherence.

"We used to use Excel and several different programs. With CHISA, we have everything in one place in a nice and intuitive layout, which has given us a much better overview of our projects," says Frederik.

Development Manager Jens Christian Molter elaborates:

"We chose CHISA Project for its intuitive usability. Many systems are too complicated, but CHISA keeps it simple and efficient. It has unified several programs and created synergies, especially between tendering and the execution of construction projects."

Although Vesti Olsen is still in the early stages of their use of CHISA Project, they are already seeing great benefits in terms of increased efficiency and better project management.

"The training has been smooth and we look forward to saving time and increasing efficiency when everyone is fully familiar with the system," emphasizes Frederik.
