These were among the comments Chisa received in a survey of employees at the construction firm Juul & Nielsen in January 2024.

The purpose of the study was to determine how Chisa impacts our customers’ daily workflows and to identify any challenges they may encounter.

The survey questions included, among other things, whether Chisa makes it easy to step in as a substitute for a colleague when necessary. A full 80% of respondents felt that Chisa makes it easy to step in as a substitute for a colleague.

93% believe that Chisa effectively helps identify risks and initiatives

Better overview and risk management

Better oversight and risk management are key features of Chisa. Transparency and documentation across professional groups help identify risks and areas for improvement. A full 93% of survey participants believed that Chisa was effective in this regard.

100% of respondents believe that Chisa helps streamline work processes.

Agree on order in workflows

The survey results show widespread satisfaction and a consensus that Chisa brings order to work processes and contributes to a more efficient daily workflow. All respondents felt that Chisa brings more order to work processes, with more than half reporting significantly greater order.

Time savings are also a key factor. 80% of survey participants reported saving time by using Chisa. These results underscore Chisa’s value in streamlining work processes and freeing up time for other tasks.

Feedback is needed to ensure that Chisa remains the best project management tool

At the same time, we have received suggestions for improvements, including requests for more training and specific requests regarding the system. We appreciate all the feedback and are using it to ensure that Chisa remains the best project management tool for the construction industry.
