"We were looking for a system that could work with our Visma e-conomic accounting program and DigiFlow from DigiSense, which we use for document management, in addition to the Office suite. We were recommended to take a closer look at CHISA, a case management program developed by people in the industry," says Per Thormann. - "We've been using it for a couple of years now and it's extremely efficient. It retrieves data from the other systems and then we can create an overview of the individual project and the individual case across devices and locations. We can both extract in Excel or create reports as needed in PDF, which we can work with further."
