CHISA is owned by HVD Group - a global company with several local companies in Denmark - including Jublo and Ordrestyring. The entire HVD Group family consists of eleven companies with digital solutions for more than 15,000 customers in the European market.

On Wednesday, March 12, our owner, HVD Group, will change its name to Aceve. The launch of our new group name and design marks the first steps in a gradual process of expanding Aceve in the Nordics and Europe.

Our new logo will look like this:

For you as a CHISA customer, the name change will not mean major changes. The CHISA system will remain exactly as you know it. However, we are updating our CHISA logo in line with the new Aceve design, so you can recognize that we are part of the company. This means that we will be known as "CHISA powered by Aceve". You will be able to see this on our website and in the system - the changes will go live from March 19 and the following weeks. The original logo will still be visible in many other places, but will be replaced continuously over the next few months.
